T-SPY (Transitional Support Program)
A contemporary, highly-focused and audience-specific program that helps young people (ages 16-24) manage transitions from education into employment. It offers up to 16 weeks support (4 in school/education + 12 after) and has a proven success rate and has been delivered in urban, extra-urban and rural settings.
With pre-arranged and personalized, paid work-placements/internships and career counsellor support we develop detailed client action plans that move individuals back into the workplace with confidence, long-term sustainability and access to progression with ongoing mentoring.

Px2 Program
The central tenet of our youth-focused, employability activity is empowering young people to feel confident and enthusiastic about their future career. As a challenging group often displaying multiple barriers to the work place, we have developed accessible and engaging support that achieves results.
Our Px2 Program provides a 4 week, workshop-based environment for young people to undertake a series of customized, employability units aimed at moving them closer to the labor market. And yes, we know how this sounds so it is often delivered with the addition of “curated learning” units- keeping the employability as part of more accessible content. This creativity- using video, games, online and social media training is key to bringing young people into this training.
The program builds confidence, motivation and skills training as well as delivering a number of “work tasters”- very short work-based placements- across a variety of different sectors, depending on client need.
